Priority and assistance through customs,passport control, security inspection process,baggage collection,collections of items from duty free (if needed).


The steward/stewardess will accompany the passengers up to the arrival hall and outside to the waiting driver. 


Outgoing flights: This service includes an escort to the boarding gate and a quick procedure at the airport.


The meeting point will be at Terminal 3 Gate 01. Check-in will be done at the designated priority counters. A steward/stewardess will escort the passengers to a fast track lane through security checks and passport control .


The steward/stewardess will ensure that all procedures are dealt with quickly and efficiently throughout the airport. If needed (with an additional fee), the passengers can be escorted to the VIP Lounge where they can enjoy the service of the Lounge until their boarding time.


At that time, a VIP Club representative will escort the passengers to the boarding gate.
